MyToolHub is a subscription platform that lets you create, brand, manage, and share knowledge-based tools for your audience or members, used within the MyToolHub platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
Your subscription begins with a 3-day trial for a one-time charge of $1 USD, billed at checkout. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins automatically and your payment method is charged. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
By starting your trial you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the plan price and interval you selected, until you cancel. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with notice; changes will not affect your current paid period.
You may cancel at any time, either from within your MyToolHub account or by emailing [email protected]. If you cancel before your 3-day trial ends, you will not be charged beyond the $1 trial fee. See our Refund Policy for what happens after billing.
You own all content and intellectual property you create using MyToolHub. Your tools and content may be used only within the MyToolHub platform, which we own and operate. We retain all rights in the MyToolHub platform, software, and underlying technology. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, distribute malicious code, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Todd Brown Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Todd Brown Inc. from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Cancel any time before your 3-day trial ends and you will never be charged beyond the $1 trial fee.
The $1 trial fee is non-refundable. Once your trial ends and your first plan payment is processed, all charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing. When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep access to the Service through the end of your current paid period.

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor, Stripe, using encrypted transmission of payment card details. We never store your full card information on our servers.
